Faith in Families is a registered children’s charity and voluntary adoption agency working throughout the East Midlands and beyond. Business Development Officer

3 days per week

Salary Range £23,398 – £26,821 pa pro rata

We are looking for an energetic and passionate person to join the Team who will have skills in marketing, promotion, business development and publicity that can drive the charity forward. The charity focuses on finding forever families for the most vulnerable children, providing therapeutic support and helping students at schools through our dynamic school social work service.

The role will be to market our services over a number of different platforms to ensure sustainability, look for new opportunities to promote the charity and to assist in the development of new services in therapeutic support and mental health.

Adoption Manager (Full time)

Salary Range £41,025 to £43,820pa.

We are seeking an exceptional Adoption Manager to lead a vibrant, dedicated and experienced team of social workers who deliver a service of excellence to children and families through adoption. Faith in Families is an innovative Agency that highly values the staff, actively encourages development and has been awarded ‘Outstanding’ for the adoption service for our last 6 inspections.

The Adoption Manager will be the Registered Manager for Ofsted purposes and will share the responsibility with the Adoption Support Manager for ensuring that high standards of work are reviewed and improved, and that the Agency maintains its regional and national reputation as a provider of adoption services of excellence. This will be done alongside strategic development of the service, and compliance to reporting to external bodies and the Senior Leadership Team.  As you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our adoption services, you will have direct practice experience in this or a related area of work.

Chief Executive Officer

Permanent full time post

Salary £61,000 to £65,000 subject to ability.

We are seeking a qualified social worker with at least ten years of post qualification experience, including 5 in management. Our current Chief Executive retires at the end of December 2020 so make 2021 your new beginning.
